Job Description:

• Design and implement Atlassian software e.g. JIRA Confluence
• Customize Atlassian tools according to project requirements including workflow configurations screen schemes permission schemes etc.
• Integrate Atlassian tools with other systems using APIs
• Collaborate with team members to identify and solve software defects reported by customers
• Maintain system stability improve performance and prepare system documentation
• Document standards guidelines and standard operating procedures for admins/users of the system
• Work with internal and external organizations to support various customer userlevel requirements including resolving elevated enduser support requests and researching and deploying advanced technologies
• Monitor application status; support application event triage monitoring tracking and correlation and event characterization and escalation
• Provide technical assistance training and system documentation for users to promote efficient operation of applications

Qualifications:

• Confluence Expert
• Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Atlassian toolset development and management
• Proficient in Java SQL HTML and JavaScript
• Strong conceptual knowledge in Agile methodology
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Detailoriented with strong analytical skills.
