Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of staffing services to our clients in India ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and achieving business goals. This role involves overseeing the entire staffing process from understanding client requirements to successfully placing candidates. The Senior Delivery Manager will lead a team of recruiters and delivery personnel ensure compliance with industry standards and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding staffing services and delivery issues.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance and address any concerns or changes in requirements.
Team Leadership:
Lead mentor and manage a team of recruiters and delivery staff.
Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
Delivery Management:
Oversee the entire staffing process from receiving job requisitions to candidate placement.
Ensure that all staffing projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of delivery processes.
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Utilize various sourcing methods to find suitable candidates including job boards social media and networking events.
Ensure a strong talent pipeline is maintained to meet client demands.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in the staffing delivery process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present regular reports on delivery performance client satisfaction and other relevant metrics.
Budget Management:
Manage the budget for the delivery team ensuring costeffective delivery of services.
Monitor expenses and implement costsaving measures where possible.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience:
At least 710 years of experience in the staffing industry with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successful client management and delivery of staffing services.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in using staffing and recruitment software/tools.
Knowledge:
Indepth understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment best practices.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

Working Conditions:
