Work Experience:
7 12 years of experience

Additional Responsibilities:
Contribute to unitlevel and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality
value adding solutions to customers.
Ability to assess the current processes identify improvement areas and suggest the technology
solutions.
Mentor L2 and L1 team members and participate in recruitment activities.
Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for the team.
Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Infrastructure Security Network Security
Hands on experience of Firewall operations: FortiGate/Juniper/Checkpoint/Palo Alto
Industry certifications like CCNA are an added advantage.

Generic Skills:

Logical thinking and good communication and problemsolving skills along with an ability to
collaborate.
Client Interfacing skills
