Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an awardwinning multilicensed broker who offers online CFD trading on FX crypto oil metals shares and indices andseeking to onboard CRM Administratorto join their team in Limassol.

Position: CRM Administrator

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: base salary



    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Tailor and configure the CRM platform to align with the organizations goals and requirements
    • Oversee user access security roles and permissions within the CRM system
    • Design and implement CRM workflows automation and business processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
    • Ensure the accuracy completeness and integrity of CRM data through regular monitoring and maintenance
    • Provide training and ongoing support to users ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to utilize CRM features effectively
    • Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise system enhancements
    • Track CRM system performance conducting routine audits to identify and resolve issues or inconsistencies
    • Keep up to date with CRM trends and emerging technologies to recommend relevant improvements and updates
    • Generate insightful reports and dashboards to analyse CRM data and present findings to management
    • Assist in CRM system integrations and data migrations ensuring smooth transitions and system compatibility
    • Address system issues collaborating with relevant departments to implement solutions
    • Work with the Head of Operations to prioritise tasks and manage support tickets considering system limitations


              REQUIREMENTS:

              • Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
              • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field
              • Demonstrated experience in a CRM Administrator role or similar
              • Familiarity with CRM system integration migration projects and comprehensive knowledge of CRM functionality including customisation configuration and workflow automation
              • Strong problemsolving abilities with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues
              • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
              • A keen eye for detail ensuring data accuracy and maintaining system integrity
              • Capable of managing and prioritising multiple tasks and projects in a fastpaced dynamic environment
