Customer Relations Executive (Sales Executive)
Job Description:
Passionately promote sales of watches and accessories.
Establish customer relations through personalized service.
Act as a team player while achieving or exceeding sales and contribution targets.
Manage display aesthetics record sales and orders review sales performance and stay
updated on product knowledge and competitor activities.
Maintain visual merchandising standards participate actively in sales promotion programs
participate and contribute in team management training and motivation programs.
Coordinating with the customer care center for aftersales service.
Maintain highest hygiene and grooming standards

Achieve sales objectives through exemplary customer service and relationship building with
an outstanding highly personalized efficient and discreet experience delivery.
To be part of a high performing team in the delivery of business results and act as an
excellent ambassador for the brand.
Maintain consistent service standards by upholding the highest degree of courtesy and
professionalism.
Accurately capture and manage all customer data to foster lasting relationships.
Deliver a comprehensive customer experience by introducing diverse product categories and
services to maximize customer potential.
Independently and proactively resolve customer issues by under promising and over
delivering while ensuring thorough followup on aftersales issues.
Act as a reliable source of information for management and brand partners regarding
products and highpotential customer feedback.
Manage inventory restocking recordkeeping by adhering to the operational manual and
security procedures.
Possess an indepth understanding of the brand and its complete product range to
effectively convey the brands heritage and values.
Prerequisites/Skills:
Graduate or Diploma holder in business administration sales or related courses.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality. High end retail experience would be
an added advantage.
Excellent sales management business analysis planning communication.
Strong problemsolving abilities goaloriented and deadlinedriven.
Detailoriented with adaptability to new situations and procedural changes.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English) strong selling ability and
customeroriented approach.
Proficient in numerical ability and IT skills.
