Job Description:
- Manufacturing Engineer will evaluate and improve manufacturing processes by conducting time studies line balancing and identifying process improvement opportunities.
- This role involves designing and implementing efficient production systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Time Study & Line Balancing:
- Conduct time studies to analyze and optimize production processes.
- Perform line balancing to ensure efficient workflow and minimize bottlenecks.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance production efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement Lean Manufacturing principles and eliminate waste.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management for decisionmaking.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in manufacturing engineering Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in time study line balancing and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
