Lead crossfunctional product development teams to design develop and enhance software assets.
Ensure software assets meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations.
Meet product functionality cost and delivery schedules.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Experience in leading and managing crossfunctional teams.
Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance processes.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
Familiarity with Salesforce administration and configuration.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
