Job Description
Job Title: Telehealth Clinical Technician REMOTE JOB (4050k)
Location: Remote (Computer and 2 screens provided)
Shift: Mon Fri 8A 4:30P EST or CST No Nights or No Weekends and closed on all Federal Holidays
Experience:
-
Must have >1 years of experience in Telehealth
Key Responsibilities:

Timely Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments within 3 business days of receiving the order.

Daily Productivity: Complete 20 scheduling tasks each day and resolve appointment issues within 2 business days.

Customer Service: Maintain excellent service with no more than 2 valid complaints per quarter.

Protect Privacy: Keep patient information secure and follow all confidentiality rules.

Clinic Profile Management: Update clinic schedules and complete training on time. Keep profile errors to a minimum.

Telehealth Support: Assist clinical staff patients and families with scheduling and technical support responding quickly to any inquiries.
