Job Description
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Communicating with customers making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Maintaining strong product and service information and updates and responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
- Routing qualified leads to Sales and Business Development team by initiating appointments.
- Experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position.
