Job Description
MW Partners is currently seeking a Engineering Program Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Planning Scheduling and Execution: Create and update project plans and timelines manage execution ensure alignment on milestones identify and manage dependencies and mitigate risks
- Coordination and Communication: Provide clear concise and regular updates to leadership stakeholders and team members facilitate crossfunctional team meetings and act as a liaison among contributing teams.
- Resource Management: Identify resource needs allocate resources effectively support resourcing requests and manage conflicts or issues related to resource allocation
- Documentation and Reporting: Ensure project documentation is complete current and appropriately stored create and distribute regular progress reports highlighting key achievements risks and next steps.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks proactively develop mitigation strategies maintain a risk register and ensure effective risk communication and management
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelors degree and/or an advanced degree in a related field or equivalent.
- 5 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously especially when priorities shift rapidly.
- Ability to recognize ambiguity and align on a decision making framework drive conversations to bring clarity and enable decisions to be made in a timely manner
- Ability to build strong positive relationships crossing org boundaries and leveraging those relationships to exert influence for a positive outcome. Skills: persuasion empathy persistence and adaptability.
- Ability to create or enhance frameworks standards processes as needed to help teams execute effectively in a fastpaced environment. Ability to simplify processes as needed is a key skill.
- Ability to understand facts and aid in unbiased informed decision making. Understanding the bigger context and presenting the data to various levels of the organization.
