The Role
Youll be at the heart of shaping and organizing the engineering team. Your mission is to establish efficient processes foster a supportive and productive environment and focus on the personal growth and success of each team member. By helping the team unlock its full potential youll play a critical role in driving success.
This is an exciting chance to influence the culture of a pregrowth stage startup. Youll lead a crossfunctional engineering team and collaborate closely with Leadership and Product Management to define impactful metrics streamline workflows and implement best practices.
What Youll Do
- Lead and manage a distributed team of crossfunctional engineers
- Establish and uphold best practices to deliver highquality products and ensure timely consistent system deployments
- Design implement and document processes for product development testing and deployment
- Collaborate with Leadership and Product Management to drive roadmapping technical planning and prioritization
- Foster engineers growth through regular 1:1s coaching actionable feedback peer alignment and career support
- Oversee and evaluate engineers performance to ensure continuous improvement and success
- Strengthen and maintain a culture of growth openness trust support and care
- Onboard new talent to expand the team
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience managing and scaling engineering teams in fastpaced startups or earlystage companies
- Strong technical knowledge with 4 years in backend development (Python/Golang preferred) and 2 years in Engineering Management
- Passion for Web3 open financial systems and scaling distributed systems at scale
- Skilled in attracting mentoring and retaining top talent fostering efficient engineering processes and driving continuous improvement
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with handson planning in a fully remote distributed team
- Enthusiasm for building highquality products with exceptional user experience performance and security standards
- Bonus: Founder experience NFT/token trading or working in rapidly changing industries requiring constant experimentation and learning
- Based in European time zones

- A salary of $150K $180K / year
