Primary Responsibilities:
Reporting on business goals automation of existing reporting
Reconciling orders ensuring the correct rep is aligned to orders based on the territory in place account
assignment value etc.
Attrition analysis pipeline reporting & management SFDC cases Ad hoc reporting requests
Reporting on attainment for compensation purposes
Augment data quality assurance processes by putting in place required QA activities to manage sanity
correctness quality of data to ensure trust among end consumers/stakeholders and accurate payouts to
reps
Document processes and operating procedures
Manage & own internal customers stakeholder deliverables and timelines
Perform UAT/PAT for system enhancements
Strong project management skills
Ability to work under tight schedules & have flexibility to work under different time zone at times
Skills:
48 years of work experience (Sales Ops analyst)
Experience working in sales operations preferred
Excellent excel skills MSaccess
Experience using tools as SAP SFDC
Highly organized and pays attention to details good communicator
Ability to work under minimal supervision a strong team player
