As an IT Service Management Representative you will manage delivery for IT production systems and services. You will support the infrastructure service management lifecycle ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Your role will involve providing operational support ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Ensure client satisfaction by managing delivery for IT production systems and services.
Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle. Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available. Manage risk to services. Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to workrelated problems.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Handson implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression logistic regression decision trees and clustering algorithms.
Solid grasp of data munging techniques including data cleaning transformation and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
