Level 09 9 BDC6F Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative you will manage delivery for IT production systems and services. You will support the infrastructure service management lifecycle ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Your role will involve providing operational support ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Ensure smooth delivery of IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle. Ensure client satisfaction and manage risk to services. Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address operational challenges. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT service management. Train and mentor junior team members to build a highperforming team. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. Experience with IT service management tools and frameworks. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices. Knowledge of incident problem and change management processes. Experience in managing IT production systems and services. Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible or Puppet. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required. |
