YOUR ROLE WITH US
As the CTPO you will be part of the general management to set the vision and lead tech transformation and product development. Your role will be instrumental in driving socialbees technology innovation and shaping the product roadmap ensuring that our solutions are scalable and address complex challenges in labor market participation of people with a refugee or migrant background.
- Leadership: Aligned with socialbees strategic objectives you work together with our CEOs and other Executives in order to review define and execute the technology and product roadmap and the transition of our organization to a scalable business model.
- Tech Innovation: You lead the development of scalable robust technologies that solve complex target groupspecific challenges and maximize the efficency of our operational teams.
- Product Development: You oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring that our solutions are marketfit and meet our business goals.
- Team Building: You nurture and continue to grow our amazing tech team while empowering personal as well as professional growth and staying on top of relevant trends tools infrastructures and resources.
- Customer Centricity: You engage with our customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure that our technology & product deliverables continue to meet and exceed expectations.

- Proven Leadership: You have several years of senior leadership experience in technology and product roles in scaleup organisations.
- Technical Knowledge: You have an excellent track record of designing and developing software applications from the implementation level to the architectural level. In addition you have an indepth understanding of the architecture required for building scalable platforms.
- Team Leadership: You love creative problemsolvers and you have proven experience in growing highperforming and outcomeorientated tech teams and establishing product organizations in fastpaced environments.
- Ambassador: With your excellent interpersonal and communication skills you are able to explain complex problems data analytics and technology in simple terms to nonexpert audiences.
