Our client is a fastgrowing technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company s business objectives and drives growth.
Lead product development overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring that products meet market demands and quality standards.
Manage technology teams by building mentoring and leading a talented group of engineers developers and IT professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Drive innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends integrating relevant advancements into the company s technology roadmap.
Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on product goals and strategic initiatives with marketing sales and operations teams.
Manage the technology budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support product development and operational needs.
Engage with stakeholders by communicating technology strategies and updates to the executive team and board of directors.
Requirements
Bachelor s or higher degree in Information Technology Computer Science or closely related majors.
Possess over 10 years experience with a minimum of 3 years as a leader/ manager/ director role. .
English is essential.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
