You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in specific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. In this role you will be responsible for developing sales strategies managing a team of sales representatives and building strong relationships with key clients in the region.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that aligns with overall business goals and drives revenue growth.
Team Leadership: Manage mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives fostering a highperformance culture and ensuring they meet their sales targets.
Performance Monitoring: Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team monitor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product development and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management regarding sales performance challenges and opportunities.
Recruitment and Training: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: 5 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients and team members.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and metrics to drive decisionmaking.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales tools.
