Job Description:
Java Tech Lead Onshore
Who are we looking for
Proven Java Tech Lead with experience in BCM domain. Strong handson experience and ability to solve problems and provide solutions to myriad of Technical needs to customer in Agile Development Environment. Should coordinate between offshore team and client and drive the project team to success.
Technical Skills
Must have:
Java 8
Spring Spring Boot
Spring Config
Spring integration Spring cloud data stream
Spring Batch
Mongo DB(Hands on experience on Aggregations Concepts and usage in Springboot/Java)
Junit Mockito
Microservices any cloud platform(PCF preferred)
Working knowledge in Git/bitbucket Bamboo Jira
Good Understanding on TDD
Good Understanding of Memory Intensive and Performant systems
Excellent communication (with client interaction experience preferred)
Good understanding of agile development with Scrum Practices usage of tools like JIRA Confluence
Strong in applying design patterns and practices.
Good experience in Test Driven Development good understanding of BDD is an added advantage .
Should be able to lead a team of 8 10 resources
Coordinate between offshore team and client and drive the project team to success.
Preferred (though below are the ones which are actually being used in project):
Rabbit MQ
PCF(Pivotal Cloud Foundry)/GCP/AWS
Process Skills:
Very good exposure to Agile development methodology.
Exposure in onshore coordination.
Capable of analyzing requirements & develop software as per project defined software process Technical Design Principles & Pattern
Behavioral Skills :
Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by intergroup coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach / mentor members of project group to ensure effective knowledge management activity
Strong technical leadership skills to mentor and manage offshore team from onshore.
Certification:
GCP/PCF a plus
