MidLevel Structural Engineering Project Manger
Job Description
- As a MidLevel Structural Engineering Project Manager you will manage and oversee various projects from start to finish. Your major role will be to guarantee that structural engineering projects are completed on schedule within budget and in compliance with established quality guidelines. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams such as engineers architects contractors and clients to ensure project success.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead project teams offering guidance and support throughout the projects lifespan.
- Manage numerous structural engineering projects concurrently including planning coordination and implementation.
- Create and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocations to guarantee ontime and costeffective project delivery.
- Assist with construction support operations such as responding to RFIs reviewing submittals visiting construction sites and managing design modifications and adjustments.
- Conduct structural analysis and design to guarantee compliance with industry norms and regulations.
- Check project plans specifications and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor project progress identify possible hazards and put corrective actions in place to ensure that project objectives are accomplished.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify project needs and create engineering solutions.
- Build good client connections by responding to their concerns resolving difficulties and providing exceptional customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in structural engineering.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Excellent understanding of structural engineering concepts codes and regulations.
- Proven track record of effective project completion and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in structural engineering software such as AutoCAD Revit RISA ETABS or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities as well as the ability to work successfully with crossfunctional teams.
- Detailoriented with good analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge and practical application of numerous regulatory codes and design documents (IBC ASCE 7 ACI 318 AISC etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and financial restrictions.
