AMPYR Global Technology Centre (GTC)
Position: Senior Manager Technology & Product
Role Overview: AGP group is seeking to build the backbone of AIpowered software products and operational expertise for commercial management of their fleet of RE Generators and associated assets. In this process we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle from concept to implementation of software services and commercial asset management platform for Renewable Energy assets. This role involves prior experience in managing the new products initiatives of AIbased software products preferably for Energy sector (not mandatory). The first 100 days will involve
Defining the key products functionality through multiple brainstorming sessions with global business leaders under the guidance of AGP partner (Leader of this initiative).
Developing a product development blueprint including tools development environment and similar infra requirement. Development approach through a combination of inhouse team and thirdparty developers.
Collaborate with relevant service providers industry participants and forums research institute etc to get on top of the development in the associate field. and of the Strategy of turning the challenges of energy transition into opportunities especially through AIbased forecasting addressing energy sector bottlenecks and portfolio risk management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the AI powered software products. Prior experience of endtoend products lifecycle and its management is a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead creation and maintenance of products that are accessible across Ampyrs global platforms (in EU US and AUS) contributing to the broader goal of a global energy transition that benefits all stakeholders.
1a) Software product and platforms to build AIdriven software solutions to aid AGPs RE assets to revolutionize challenges of energy transition to opportunities.
1b) Such as AIdriven forecasting models to mitigate balancing risks.
2) Utilize a datadriven methodology to interpret and combine multiple power forecast models ensuring accuracy and reliability in predictive analytics and decisionmaking processes
3) Collaborate with engineering data science and business teams to drive product development ensuring alignment with strategic goals and seamless integration with existing systems.
4) Build and spearhead the product development strategy through internal team/ external vendor or combination thereof to build solutions and tools to manage portfolio risks effectively and address specific business requirements.
5) Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends customer needs and potential areas for innovation shaping the product roadmap accordingly.
6) Engage with key internal customers and stakeholders to gather feedback understand their challenges and ensure that our solutions meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Qualifications Experience and skill set
1) Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science Mathematics or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2) 12 18 years of experience in leading new product initiative and or product management for AIbased tools.
4) Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and models.
5) International experience is a must with a focus on customer management and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
6) Strong communication & presentation abilities with demonstrated leadership skills.
