Job Title: Instructional Designer (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructional materials including elearning modules instructorled training job aids and assessments.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create content that aligns with those goals.
- Utilize instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE SAM) to create effective learning experiences.
- Develop storyboards scripts and prototypes for elearning courses and interactive learning activities.
- Implement and manage learning technologies including Learning Management Systems (LMS) authoring tools and multimedia software.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and propose solutions that address those gaps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments feedback and data analysis and make improvements as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technology.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and highquality outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Experience in instructional design curriculum development or a related role.
- Proven experience with elearning design and development including the use of authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate).
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of multimedia design principles and experience with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE SAM).
- Experience in HTML CSS and basic web design is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
