Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating systemlevel. Your role will involve troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of production and development systems.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at the L1 and L2 levels.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical problems.
Ensure smooth operations of services running on various platforms.
Implement technology at the operating systemlevel across server and network areas.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration.
Strong understanding of server and network technologies.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Knowledge of operating systemlevel implementation.
Familiarity with software solutions/vendors/brands.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
