Job Description

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer you will act as software detectives providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Monitor and maintain the performance of critical business systems. Identify and analyze software defects providing timely resolutions. Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance application performance and stability. Provide technical support and guidance to endusers ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Implementation. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Palo Alto Networks Firewalls Zscaler Architecture Fortinet FortiGate Firewall. Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices. Experience in implementing and managing network security solutions. Knowledge of firewall technologies and their configurations. Familiarity with intrusion detection and prevention systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network security issues. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Security Implementation. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
