Job Description
Provide technical support for Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration and ensure smooth functioning of applications.
Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications and provide support to endusers.
Must To Have Skills: Experience in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Strong understanding of application design and development.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to applications.
Experience in providing technical support to endusers.
