As a Senior Analyst Oracle EPM you will be responsible for analyzing business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices product knowledge and business acumen. Your specialization will be focused on solution design implementation leading global rollouts & support M&A initiatives ensuring high quality integrated solutions and continuous innovation through use to test and process automation.
- Hands on development with the EPM applications to support evolving business requirements which include new applications business rules calculations and meta data/data transformations.
- Develop support and monitor production job batches/schedules that execute data integrations meta data updates and reporting refreshes in accordance with the published FP&A calendar.
- Coordinate the reconciliation results of data integrations to assure the data integrity of the system. Research and resolve reconciling items when required.
- Support recurring daytoday operations and oncall for the Oracle EPM solution.
- Participate in regression testing of Oracle software updates and patches.
- Conduct training sessions and/or workshops for functional and technical audiences related to new enhancements or application changes within the EPM Solution.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely technical business and management teams.
Who are we looking for
- 38 Yrs. of Oracle FCCS implementation and support experience with a working experience of at least 2 Oracle EPM Cloud project lifecycles from scoping and analysis design and testing and through to post go live support.
- Ability to demonstrate Oracle EPM features and functionalities to business users.
- Experience with Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation & Close Planning and Budgeting
- Experience with the following Oracle EPM Cloud products (Good to have): Enterprise Data Management Account Reconciliation and Narrative Reporting
- Experience working with ASO BSO and Hybrid applications.
- Business rule development for EPM applications
- Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) FDME is a big plus.
- Experience in Consulting and exposure to digital transformation engagements is preferable. Experience in Health Care Industry will be a plus.
- Possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of business processes and associated technology.
- Be able to plan and deliver the scope and deliverables of the team.
- Bachelors/masters degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
