Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst (CBAP Certified) (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and prioritize business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and propose solutions that meet business needs and align with organizational goals.
- Assist in planning executing and monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Create detailed documentation including business requirements process flows and use cases.
- Facilitate effective communication between business units technical teams and other stakeholders.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and standards.
- Provide training and support to endusers and stakeholders on new processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is required.
- Experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience in business analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite Visio and project management software.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies data analysis and familiarity with industryspecific software and tools.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance
