Job Description
Acquiring new clients and managing service business (AMC O&M of HVAC Electrical IBMS F&F Plumbing etc.) for East territories.
Ensuring retention of at least 90% of existing contracts upon expiry.
Scanning the market for leads on O&M and AMC Business.
Generating enquiries for AMC / O&M of chillers package units ventilation HVAC Electrical and F&F jobs.
Regularly contacting different customers to generate enquiries and job leads.
Handling O&M and AMC business of electromechanical utility services.
Managing a team of technicians and service providers.
Understanding business commercials and P&L responsibilities.
Achieving business targets.
Having 45 years of relevant customer service experience.
Holding a BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Having experience handling O&M and AMC business enquiries.
Being computer literate especially proficient in MS Office.
Having exposure to sales of O&M/maintenance contracts and developing a client base of multiple sites.
Having knowledge of statutory rules and regulations regarding minimum wages PF ESI Leave and implementing them in costing of enquiries.
Having experience submitting tenders and participating in E tenders and reverse auctions.
Having indepth knowledge of HVAC/Electrical Service Industry or Facility management Companies in East territory.
