Interview Process: 3 Rounds of Interview
Responsibilities
Solid coding skill including make it work approach.
Translate requirements to software design and create clean efficient extensible maintainable code.
Own a large functional area within the product possessing indepth knowledge and expertise.
Serve as a key player in influencing and guiding others towards the right technical decisions.
Identifying areas of features likely to change and integrating flexibility in the design for these areas improving engineering velocity.
Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional partners to develop innovative solutions that adhere to development goals and principles. Practices evidencecentered design making features testable ensuring high quality and improving velocity in continuous delivery.
Manage project features break into subtasks identify and resolve issues for efficient execution. Provide technical guidance coaching and mentorship to individual team members.
Identify gaps and issues across systems and functional areas propose solutions build the engineering roadmap and drive resolution. Leads and improves E2E testing quality and increase delivery velocity across features.
Minimum Qualifications
8 years related experience
Experience designing and developing microservices
5 years of experience in working in Java GraphQL Spring/Springboot REST APIs messaging systems and/or other backend programming languages.
Strong CS foundation (data structures algorithms OOPs OOA/D)
Building datadriven applications (RDBMS NoSQL ElasticSearch)
Designs and builds scalable distributed available backend systems
Delivers results in fastpaced environments (agile TDD CI/CD)
Innovative team player excellent communication and decisionmaking
BS CS degree
