Job Description
Complex SQL manipulations requiring TSQL scripting and reporting generation by way of
creating and generating reports and custom applications within SSRS
Keyword syntax normalization for use within DT Search and Lucene based search engines
Process data requests consistently update and track request tasks using proprietary and
COTS software.
Coordinate efforts between various internal business units to complete data processing
requirements.
Ensure that processing requirements are met as determined by both the customer project
manager(s) and operations management.
Assist in developing documenting and refining necessary procedures to accomplish
discovery process requirements.
Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager.
All duties as assigned.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects with similar deadlines.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with direct management team internal and
external clients.
Conversion of images and data to client specified formats.
Business problemsolving skills and judgment necessary to analyze troubleshoot and
problemsolve issues and provide proposed solutions.
QC/QA of finished work product
Upload finished work product to client facing databases or client direct
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer or technical sciences or 12 years of relevant experience
Two to four experience with scripting or database languages (SAP/SAS/SQL VB Access)
Demonstrated ability to create complex SQL manipulations
Proficient in the use of Text Editor Applications MS Excel and like Office productivity
applications
Working knowledge of Windows Linux/Unix and Mac operating systems
Must be experienced with designing and maintaining complex spreadsheets for quering
Must be self motivated and thrive in a team environment
Creative problemsolving capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen level of attention to detail
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Ability to work flexible shifts (when needed)
Demonstrated ability to provide customer service and support to internal and external
contacts
All employees are required to satisfactorily complete a background check
The following skills are highly desired but not required:
Litigation Support Application Experience (Digital Reef Nuix LAW Concordance
Summation Relativity Clearwell IPRO etc.)

Experience trouble shooting applications and communicating results to support teams
Experience in the litigation support industry vendor/law firm
