Job Description

As an Application Support Engineer you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support for Linuxbased systems and ensuring their smooth functioning. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Linuxbased systems including installation configuration and troubleshooting. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve issues within critical business systems. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues implementing solutions to prevent downtime. Develop and maintain technical documentation including system configurations processes and procedures. Participate in oncall rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Linux administration. Good To Have Skills: Experience in Red Hat OS Administration. Solid understanding of system administration and troubleshooting methodologies. Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios Zabbix or Prometheus. Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python. Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Linux administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
