Deep Understanding of LINUX concepts. Knowledge and expertise of Pacemaker Clusters. Knowledge on SUSE SMT server/Satellite Configuration and Management. Good exposure to different flavors of LINUX . Especially SUSE REDHAT Good exposure in LINUX Admin with Basic working Knowledge on Cloud platform Good Exposure on patching and vulnerability remediations. Good Team Management Skills Good analytical and troubleshooting skills Performance management and Network troubleshooting. Experience on Microsoft Azure/AWS platform Daily operational RUN support for Cloud servers. Knowledge on Ticketing tools Service Now Preferred. Knowledge on Incident Problem and change management. 7 Years in Linux Installation Configuration and administration. Professional Requirements: Good Team Management skills Ability to structure and draft technical documentations Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes Flexibility to work in rotating shifts(24x7) / weekend supports as per Client demands.
