We are a rapidly expanding roofing and siding restoration company with a strong presence in multiple states. As our team continues to grow and open new offices we are seeking experienced professionals to help manage and close our existing projects in Maryland and Washington DC ensuring the continued success of our business in this region.
Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Roofing Storm Restoration Inspector and Consultant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the industry and a proven track record in sales from beginning to end. You will play a critical role in cleaning up our current project pipeline which includes reassigning and closing a significant number of jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Assist in cleaning up the current pipeline by reassigning and closing existing jobs.
- Attempt to Repair (ATR) & ITEL Reports: Conduct ATRs and complete ITEL reports; we currently have 80 ATRs that need immediate attention.
- Business Development: Selfgenerate at least 2 new jobs per week if needed to maintain business momentum.
- Insurance Liaison: Work closely with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate claims processes and turn partial claim denials into approvals.
- Sales Execution: Utilize your comprehensive sales experience from beginning to end to drive roofing and siding projects.
- Field Work: Perform basic labor functions such as tarping roofs inspecting properties and identifying storm damage.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Must have substantial experience in the roofing and storm restoration industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in conducting ATRs and completing ITEL reports.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability in managing the entire sales process from initiation to closure.
- Insurance Knowledge: Experience working with insurance companies and communicating effectively with adjusters.
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform fieldwork including roof inspections and minor repairs.
- SelfMotivated: Capable of generating new business independently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
