Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Estate Surveyor to join our team in Ilupeju. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional advice on property valuation management acquisition and sales while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Estate Management Real Estate or a related field.
- Membership with a recognized professional body such as NIESV is an advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in estate surveying and property management.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and valuation skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office tools.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of property laws taxation and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations for purchase sale rental and mortgage purposes.
- Manage and oversee property lettings sales and acquisitions.
- Prepare feasibility studies and market analysis for property investments.
- Provide professional advice on property use development and market trends.
- Negotiate and draft tenancy and lease agreements.
- Inspect properties to ensure compliance with regulations and client specifications.
- Maintain uptodate records of properties and market transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Advise clients on property laws regulations and taxation matters.
