About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Appointment Setter to join our team. The role involves engaging with previous customers through text messaging to generate leads schedule appointments and gather essential information such as credit application details.

Key Responsibilities
- Send professional and engaging text messages to previous customers to generate leads.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via text.
- Collect and process credit application information when necessary.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and update calendars accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to refine messaging strategies and achieve outreach goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service sales or appointment setting roles.
- Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer management tools is an advantage.
- Availability for a fulltime schedule (40 hours per week).
