Job Description

Deliverables : * Full time H&S supervision in construction works / activities for the project in area of their responsibility as per guidelines provided by Unit H&S Area In charge

* Carry out daily inspections of all work areas to ensure compliance of H&S program by all Employees Contractors and Sub Contractors

* Communicates Accident Reports and lessons learned to Contractors Subcontractors and staff

* Responsible for ensuring the correct use of tools tackles scaffolding etc in area of responsibility

* Implement processes that ensure H&S awareness amongst all workers to include risk as also learnings from incidents.

* Provide SME guidance governance and assurance on WAH CS Scaffolding ES and EI

* Ensure requisite daily communication to personnel on job risk assessment and the application of appropriate mitigating measures in the work sites

* Monitor area of responsibility performance against benchmarks and use this to drive continuous improvement.

* Monitor and regularly report H&S Performance (including contractors) in area of responsibility to project H&S area In charge

* Support TNI development and delivery of training as required (induction job specific & emergency response) prior to start of activity/ when required.
