Job Description

This is a remote position.

Philippinebased FILIPINO Applicants ONLY.

IMPORTANT: TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE you must have Australian Bookkeeping experience. Proficient in using Xero experience in Australian Payroll AP & AR.

An amazing opportunity exists to work with an Australian company for an experienced vibrant and highenergy Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant.

Reporting to the Director/Manager you will be responsible for supporting the accounts team with bookkeeping and accounts administration.

Candidates must have an incredible eye for detail and be efficient with data entry you will have an eye for detail and understand the importance of quality assurance within your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily reconciliation of clients accounts through receipt bank
  • Accounts management invoicing and receivables Payroll admin and processing through Xero
  • Monthend Reconciliation
  • Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports
  • Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
  • Review and audit financial statements and reports ensure all calculations and data entry is correct
  • Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with clients
  • Creditor invoices approval data entry & payment (Weekly)
  • Enter creditor invoices into the job costing system and reconcile them to Xero
  • Reconcile and enter all income journals (Monthly)
  • General Account EOM reconciliation.
  • Ensuring all Invoices are entered and account reconciliations have been completed (Monthly)
  • Assist in the preparation of budget (Annually)


Administration & Support
  • CRM management
  • Data entry
  • Updating File notes
  • Proposal and Document preparation from templates
  • General administrative duties


Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree
  • Qualified Bookkeeper ()
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Highly organized processoriented
  • Experience in Xero
  • Experience with an Australian client is a highly desirable
  • Sound understanding of Payroll BAS and GST
  • Sound knowledge/understanding of payroll accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Great knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel PowerPoint
  • Experience in data entry document creation and general admin within a Financial Services ()


Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php 35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

Probation: 6 months and after Probation
* 10 days annual leave credits
* 5 days of sick leave

HMO offered after 6months probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days

8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.

SHIFT TIMES: 6AM to 63PM Philippine time Monday to Friday
