JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Community Engagement: Manage our Skoolbased community by welcoming new members answering
questions and fostering a supportive engaging atmosphere. - Product Expertise: Gain and maintain a deep understanding of Ecom Capital s product to provide accurate insightful responses and educate community members.
- Customer Support: Handle support tickets with a positive solutionoriented approach ensuring prompt resolution of any disputes.
- Guidance & Best Practices: Offer advice on best practices to help members maximize their success with Ecom Capital s services.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passion for Community: A genuine interest in building and sustaining a thriving online community.
- Experience: Minimum 23 years in community management customer support or public relations focusing on delivering highquality user interactions.
- Proficiency in Shopify: Experience managing or supporting Shopify stores is essential as it will help you guide our community members effectively.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with the talent to simplify complex concepts for clear understanding.
- Professionalism: Proven ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and maintain composure under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to translate technical jargon into straightforward terms for community clarity.
