Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects/field coordination/operations.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor materials and equipment
- Create and revise technical submittals and RFQs for clients
- Interpret construction drawings as needed
- Oversee project budgets and timelines ensuring adherence to client expectations
- Collaborate with clients vendors and internal team members to resolve technical issues
- Propose costeffective alternatives for materials and methods when necessary

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies materials and cost estimation
- Proficiency in relevant construction and project management software
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of New York building codes and regulations
Scope:
- Fulltime position working remotely
- Manage small projects as well as projects budgets exceeding $3 million
