This is a remote position.
Position Title: Financial Operations ExecutiveWork Setup: Work from Home
Schedule: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
Salary: Php 80000.00 to Php 100000.00 (Based on experience)

You will operate as part of the team within the line of service and at times across the practice. You will assist the team in providing quality client services meeting business objectives supporting other priorities as well as supervise Audit Assistants.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FINANCIAL OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Your Responsibilities as Financial Operations Executive would be:
Conducting bank account reconciliations.
Aiding in the operational aspects of the business including management of the client onboarding and payment processes.
Processing client deposits and withdrawals.
Supporting and assisting the Accounts Manager as required.
Completing and managing all reports/reporting requirements as directed.
Producing reports for presentation to Senior Management.
Assisting in the creation and incorporation of internal operational procedures including:
o Processes to facilitate the accounts process and ongoing support.
o Aiding the Accounts team in client support and platform queries.
o Helping other areas of the business as appropriate.
o Adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications as Financial Operations Executive:
Bachelor s Degree preferably in Accounting Finance Management or Business.
Minimum of 5 years of Operations Financial/Banking/BPO industry or Project Management experience.
Minimum of 1year Operational Management experience; and/or backoffice operations and processes.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel PowerPoint and Word.
Strong problem solving and solutions management competencies; displaying great analytical skills problemsolving stakeholder management complaints or escalations handling.
Solid organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities in a global environment.
Ability to lead and direct projects and meetings; demonstrated abilities to influence and negotiate with peers and more senior professionals.
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment.
Strategic thinker with ability to address future state requirements forward thinking mindset.
Ability to communicate and interact comfortably with senior management across a global environment.
Ability to create partnerships across functional lines of business and subject matter expert.
