Job Description
Job Title: Customer Success Associate
Location : Saki Naka Mumbai
Job Summary:
Were seeking a Customer Success Associate to ensure customers achieve their goals using our products/services driving longterm relationships and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboard new customers providing training and support.
2. Build strong relationships with customers understanding their needs.
3. Monitor customer health identifying potential issues.
4. Develop and execute success plans.
5. Provide timely solutions to customer queries.
6. Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams.
7. Analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
8. Conduct regular checkins and business reviews.
Requirements:
1. 15 years of customerfacing experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to understand customer needs and technical concepts.
4. Proactive problemsolving skills.
5. Familiarity with CRM software.
Desirable Qualifications:
UG /Graduate in any field
Should have excellent communication skills in English
Skills:
1. Customer relationship building.

3. Problemsolving and analysis.
4. Time management and organization.
5. Technical aptitude.
