Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Apps Technical Consultant with a specialization in HRMS modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and supporting Oracle HRMS applications specifically with expertise in Reports Oracle Application Framework (OAF) Workflow and Approval Management Engine (AME).
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Development & Support: Develop customize and support Oracle HRMS applications focusing on Reports OAF Workflow and AME.
Report Development: Design and develop complex reports using Oracle Reports and XML Publisher ensuring they meet business requirements.
OAF Customization: Create and modify OAF pages to enhance the functionality of HRMS modules ensuring a seamless user experience.
Workflow Management: Develop and maintain workflows within Oracle HRMS to automate business processes and ensure efficient data flow.
AME Configuration: Configure and manage Approval Management Engine (AME) setups to streamline approval processes in HRMS modules.
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HRMS modules optimizing performance and functionality.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation for customizations configurations and workflows.
Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants business analysts and endusers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions that align with business needs.
Upgrades & Patches: Assist in the planning and execution of Oracle HRMS upgrades and patches ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to endusers and team members as required.
Requirements and Skills:
Experience: 7 to 8 years of relevant experience as an Oracle Apps Technical Consultant with a focus on HRMS modules.
Technical Expertise:
ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a track record of troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders including functional consultants business analysts and endusers.
Project Management: Experience in managing or participating in Oracle HRMS module implementation and upgrade projects.
Certifications: Oracle certifications in HRMS or related areas are a plus.
