Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter
Timezone: Pacific Central Mountain timezones preferred
Job Description:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a hightech Recruiter.
- Experience recruiting both technical and nontechnical candidates
- Strong full cycle recruiting process and sourcing skills that go beyond keyword searches.
- Monitor track and communicate recruiting activity both in our ATS Lever as well as with hiring teams
- Must have worked with CRM Salesforce Peoplesoft ERP Software Engineering and fullstack Engineers including Nodejs React Javascript.
- Direct client recruiting experience for CTH or W2 and FTE roles.
- Excellent judgment communication and problemsolving skills
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Must be available to work in Pacific time zone
- Full time Remote
