Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speakingEngagement Manager for their Malaga office.
Position: Engagement Manager
Location: Malaga Spain
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide dedicated support to a select group of partners who are developing publishing and expanding applications on cloud platforms as part of a strategic success program
- Serve as the primary point of contact delivering a positive first impression and establishing a foundation for a lasting partner relationship
- Define a clear call purpose and conversation approach ensuring consistent and repeatable execution
- Focus on specific products and offerings tailored to the target audience
- Implement a structured multichannel outreach strategy utilising calls emails and social media
- Prioritise customer satisfaction and strive to deliver an exceptional engagement experience for customers and prospects.
- Position competitive solutions and offerings in alignment with customer needs and experiences
- Gather and relay customer feedback to inform future business decisions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/Fluent in Dutch both written and verbal with strong proficiency in English
- Have 12 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success and/or experience in account or customer management
- Proficient in using office productivity tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Experience working with or selling cloudbased solutions or similar technologies
- Hold relevant certifications in cloud platforms or related technologies
