Job Description

Position: Compliance Manager
Sector: Banking

Tasks
- Support the development and implementation of a unified control framework across the group ensuring consistency and alignment with regulatory and operational standards
- Assist in the operational execution and monitoring of controls to ensure compliance with the harmonized framework
- Conduct assessments to identify gaps in current processes and controls recommending improvements to align with the new framework
- Work closely with compliance risk management and business unit teams to gather requirements communicate changes and facilitate smooth transitions
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of control processes ensuring clarity and consistency for all stakeholders
- Provide change management expertise to ensure the seamless adoption of the new control framework across the organization
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Resident in Switzerland
- Min. 4 years PQE in audit compliance or risk & regulatory
- Demonstrated expertise in control framework development implementation and harmonization
- Handson experience with control execution and process optimization
