Were a small but mighty team dedicated to revolutionizing sales worldwide. We work from the comfort of... well anywhere since were fully remote!

Our HQ is based in Brussels Belgium and weve been shaking things up since 2016 driven by values like Hard Work Creativity Curiosity and Fun.

Were now looking for a handson Customer Success Manager to join our team and assist our customers.

Tasks

Your job will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with our software.

  • Provide onboarding support and training to new clients helping them to get started smoothly and effectively.
  • Monitor client usage and feedback offering solutions and improvements to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on client goals and challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty while identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling.

How do we measure success

After 3 months:

  • You deeply understand Overloop business operations including the competitive landscape and internal tools & processes.
  • You master the product and you can help our customers perfectly.
  • You have built an entire customer success process following a typical customer journey.

After 12 months:

  • You are an expert on the product.
  • You have an excellent POCtocustomer rate (customers in a 3month POC staying with us for at least a yearly plan)
  • You have developed good relationships with your clients and are starting to generate upsell opportunities for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management roles preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while demonstrating personal responsibility and ownership.
  • A keen sense of curiosity and creativity to identify opportunities for client growth and satisfaction.
  • Perfectly fluent in English and French. Spanish is a plus!
