Job Description
Pratham is an innovative learning organization created to improve the quality of education in India. Established in 1995 to provide education to children in the slums of Mumbai Pratham has grown in both scope and scale with programs today reaching children and youth across the country.
Tasks
- Managing the centre from mobilizations administration and day to day training.
- Preparing and maintaining data and reporting.
- Budgeting and operational work of the centre.
- Assisting the central placement team for the placement of the students.
- Assuring that quality is being maintained
- Exploring new partnerships with the government corporate & individuals etc.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation
- 2 years of experience in the field
- Own two wheeler with required documents
- Good Computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel & Word Internet etc.)
- Good Communications Skills
- Fluency in English Hindi & the Regional Language
- Experience/ interest in training and teaching
