We are seeking a motivated and strategic Key Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important clients ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the clients business and a proactive approach to delivering value and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Account Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each client focusing on longterm growth and satisfaction.
Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling within existing accounts aligning our solutions with client objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Track account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management highlighting successes challenges and growth opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales marketing and customer support to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
ProblemSolving: Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our products and services.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 5 years of account management or sales experience with a focus on key or strategic accounts.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing highvalue accounts and achieving sales targets.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
RelationshipBuilding Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customerfocused mindset.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decisionmaking.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other account management tools.
