Job Description
Virginia Mason Medical Center is looking for an Interventional Radiologist to fill the need!
BID DUE DATE: 11/25/24 5pm est
Rate Caps for Submission:
- Malpractice Must be included in rates.
- Orientation half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
- Hourly under xx575 Per hour not OT
- Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rates Per holiday hour no OT
- Nightly Call under xx1000 Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis
- Holiday Nightly Call Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis
- On Call (Daily) under xx4800 Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
- 24 Hour Holiday Call Rate Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
- Call Back under xx575 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
- Holiday Call Back Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
In person orientation Jan 3031 if provider is picking up Feb ongoing dates. If provider picks up January dates we will most likely need to do an off cycle orientation.

Requirement description : **MUST NOTATE ALL DURING NAME CLEARS**
- Board Certified Highly preferred. Will consider candidates BC/BE in Radiology with IR experience!
- State License Highly preferred but will consider IMLC LOQ candidates
- DEA and BLS Required during credentialing
- Fluoroscopy certificate Required but can be flexible on this requirement.
- Availability at time of name clear Required
