Requirement description :
- 2 years CURRENT hospital experience REQUIRED
- OR circulate experience with ortho (including total hip total knee) general surgery gyn podiatry urology ENT ENDO Required PLEASE UPLOAD DETAILED SKILLS CHECKLIST!
- Arterial line Central Line IV start skills Required
- Vent & BiPAP experience Required
- Current PALS Certification Required
- BSN Preferred
- Previous travel experience Preferred
- Cover page if applicable (not required)
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to specialty
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years of employment
- License (NH license (or compact) Facility will not pend license )
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- PALS (AHA)
- ACLS
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH or Compact MUST be inhand at upload
Weekend Requirements : Every 3rd weekend on call /holiday rotation as needed
On Call Requirements : 3 Nights on call during weekdays starting at 3.30p and every third weekend on call
