Job Description for Retail:
- Identify & Prospect new Dealers / Architects / Builders / Developers through various channels
- Achieve Sales volume and product mix
- Adhere to monthly quarterly and annual sales plan
- Build & Maintain strong relationships with Dealers / Architects / Builders / Developers
- Make Presentations to Architects / Builders / Developers
- Monitor Market Competition & undertake Market Research
- Identify various channels for Market Expansion
Selection Guidelines for Retail Candidate:
- Candidate should have good personality and presentation skills
- Must be atleast Graduate
- Should have prior experience in Building Material industry (Cement industry not be considered).
- Should have experience in working with Architects / Builders / Developers.
- Prior experience in Retail Sales
